Birlingham is located from the south via the B4080 and from the north from Pershore on the A4104. From the M5 motorway it is 8.9 miles north from jct 9 and 8.4 miles south from jct 7.

By Train:  

Birlingham is facilitated by Pershore train station, with direct  links from London, Oxford - Didcott, Worcester, Great Malvern and Hereford.
